GriefShare offers a safe, welcoming space for those experiencing grief. Over 13 weeks, you'll learn to cope with grief's unpredictability and gain essential support.

When does GriefShare meet?

St. Paul offers two 13-week GriefShare sessions each year. You are welcome to jump in at any time. Watch for our next session on the GriefShare website.

Each session starts with a 30-minute video featuring experts and personal stories about grief. These insights can help you manage emotions and find clarity during your healing journey.

Supportive discussions:

Following the video, group members share experiences, bringing comfort and normalizing grief within a supportive environment.

Helpful guide:

Your participant guide serves as a roadmap, helping you process emotions and cope with loss. You'll apply what you've learned and develop tools for dealing with grief.
