Music Ministry

St. Paul United Methodist Church is constantly expanding its ministry through music programs in an attempt to enrich the lives of our congregation and community. Music is an art form that we feel is integral for worship, education, and outreach. We currently offer a wide variety of programs which offer each child, youth or adult the opportunity to develop musically and most importantly deepen their relationship with God. Our hope is that all who feel compelled to perform, sing, learn, or simply worship with us at St. Paul will develop a love for the beauty that is in and around us.

Our traditional worship service meets at 8:45 and features classic hymns of our Christian faith as well as a nice variety of instrumental music, often featuring works for trumpet and organ. Our blended worship service meets at 11:00 and features a nice balance of traditional and contemporary music.

Chancel Choir
Our chancel choir is under the direction of Hope Field and is open to all adults who love to sing. This choir provides choral music during our 11:00 Sunday morning worship services. It also presents a Christmas cantata and Easter cantata and prepares music for other special services and music programs throughout the year. The chancel choir rehearses on Wednesday nights at 6:30 in our sanctuary. We are constantly seeking adults with a love for singing.

First & Last
First & Last is the praise and worship team of St. Paul United Methodist church. We currently lead praise songs Sunday mornings during our vibrant 11:00 worship service as well as perform concerts and provide music for special events throughout the year. We like to play the music of numerous Christian Recording Artists such as Third Day, David Crowder, Chris Tomlin, Casting Crowns, Charlie Hall, Jennifer Knapp, and many more. First & Last is constantly seeking passionate instrumentalists and singers to join us in our attempt to create uplifting music in the name of the Lord. We rehearse on Tuesday nights at 7:15 in the sanctuary. Feel free to stop by!
